I founded SheSpeaksSLT Consultancy to transform care — ensuring people are not only kept safe but are truly seen, heard, and supported to thrive. I believe communication is a human right, and I’m passionate about empowering care teams to provide person-centred, dignified support.

My background spans clinical leadership, staff training, and service development across residential, supported living, and health settings. I’ve trained hundreds of support workers, collaborated with local authorities and families, and created impactful resources to improve mealtime safety and communication.
